I didn't realize you had answered me until the same thing happened again this morning! I changed the HTML to the CSS you suggested. Now I have to wait for another birthday for someone with the custom CSS markup!

BTW, I haven't had the double-post issue in neither 4.0.3, 4.0.4 or now that I'm on 4.0.5. There must be something else conflicting. Maybe if everyone with the issue posts their list of hacks installed, we may see a pattern.
