Based on my progress I'd say afternoon (EST) time. I am going to dub it a release canidate and leave version 2.1.0 up as a precaution with it, just so I can ensure it gets more testing as undoubtedly there are more bugs since really this mod is basically 4 major mods into one now.

Also, I am going to ask everyone whenever I finally release if your upgrading, overwrite all existing images as we have a brand new image pack for this one that is web 2.0 and much prettier thanks to PixelFX who helped me with that part.
