Sure it's possible, all you have to do is disable the three steal items as well as the stolen point history and thus no one will be able to steal.

And yes with v3 you can use ONLY vbexperience if you want with no other combination of any other mod. Or you can use some combinations. That is all up to what suits your forum best.

Anyways I got off a 12 hour shift, I'm going to once again work on getting some progress but I have to be in bed by 10 due to an early dayshift tomorrow. If I fail to get it up tonight I'm off from tomorrow afternoon until Friday evening so obviously it will be out.
