I am looking for something that allows not just Administrators from the Admin CP to be able to PM an entire usergroup, but for general Users to be able to PM Usergroups from their User CP. I would like it if you could make it so that certain usergroups could be exempt, for example: I would like my Users to be able to PM all the Moderators, or all of a Custom Usergroup, but not be able to PM all Registered Users.

If anyone knows of a feature, or can design this feature, I would be most greatful. I would be willing to consult further with the designer to give my thoughts in futher detail if it was so desired.
