It's really a catch 22. I've asked for support 2 times in the almost year I've had the software...neither time did it achieve anything...and the ironic part is..its over the same little hack.

I'll see if I can find the original people who wrote the hack and see if they are nice enough to do it again...

but I won't be back for support, I've learned my lesson...I'm gonna pack my toys and go home, not do the $30 renew fee and look for a new bulletin board solution for the next time I need to upgrade.
