Sorry, you seem to be misinformed. Dark coded this, and he retains all rights to the code. He never had any contract with PixelFX, nor any agreement to give PixelFX the copyright to his work. Any work which a person creates is automatically, under law, copyrighted to them. This is the case here.

The only exception is if a contract exists which gives another party the right to the work created. That is not the case here.

If PixelFX is distributing Darks code without his permission then he is infringing on his copyright, as he has no legal basis to do so.

Regardless, this is not the place for this kind of discussion. If you do not have a comment or issue with the product itself, please don't post in this thread.
