Go in stylevars, find "titleimage", upload your logo with FTP in your forum root yourforum/images/misc
and then set in the stylevars the source : url(images/yourforum/misc/logo.png)
Now if your logo is bigger then your header in height, it will not show correctly! Make sure it's the same height

Yourforum is the name of the template you're using
You should have post this in the graphic section......normally
