1 of 2 thing to get by

first off the problem is because you are using
save css as a file.
this setting is in options, you can turn it off and all will work.
or
open up your ARCADE.css and copy it
then open up your vbulletin.css
search for .blockhead

and paste it just above .blockhead and save

the ARCADE.css is hooked to the vbulletin.css

Not working with vb4

if you save it to the vbulletin.css
you can turn off bProArcade: ARCADE CSS
found under
Plugins & Products>Plugin manager> Product : ibProArcade for vBulletin>ibProArcade: ARCADE CSS hit edit and set to inactive..

quick fix till the new version comes out
