I'm trying to help a friend to set up his vbulletin board, however I show as unlicensed here. I don't want him to give me the password for this bulletin, I have admin access on the forum itself but I don't want his license information. My question is:

Is there any way I can get support and access to products/support here without being the owner and having the license information?
