Are you using it on vb3 or vb4 like your profile says? There is not the same additional CSS bit for you to add the CSS to in vB4, it would need to go somewhere different. Could you clarify where you put the CSS in vb4?

Also if it's for the website in your signature, it's giving a database error when I try to visit it so I can't see your site.
