My coding/web knowledge is limited and I am therefore getting a little confused with my footballforums project. Again I have this template and I want to get VB4 working around it.

1. When hiring someone to do this, am I purely looking for a coder, or do I need to advertise it as a mod job too? All I have is a template and a VB4 license and the two need to be linked together.

2. Should I get a forum page designed too around the template? Or should the coder be able to modify everything for me?
