vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Browsers changes color?

For some reason when I look at my forums in Chrome/Firefox/Safari it appears like this:

However, when I look at it in IE it shows like this:

I changed the colors so that it can look like the image shown when opening in IE.
It just doesnt seem to work on any other browser.

Also, I made sure it wasn't a problem on my side only.. I asked a few others and it's the same.
How do I get this working?
