That is what it reads for my current activity. Maybe i'm reading it wrong but how can I have 11.5 points, be 8.5 points away from my next level, but only have 15% for my "percent into level".

What are levels for anyway? Is this meant to take the place of typical forum "experience" systems?

Finally. under the activity tab (http://www.explicitgamer.com/vbforum/vbactivity.php) all of the tabs (activity and leaderboard) just attempt to go to anchors with their name and nothing loads.
