Does anybody know if any mod currently does this, or how easy it would be to implement this?

Specifically, I only want to enable this in certain forums to act as article forums where no replies can be made. That is, when a user updates his or her article, the article's timestamp is bumped to TIMENOW and therefore bumped to the top of the page.

Any help would be appreciated.
