Hello friends, I am a new member of Vbulletin and am testing my new forum licensed!

I made many changes and MOD's facilities, but already deactivated all mods and have not found the solution to the problem.

Even the forum will be offline and without the members know the link of the forum (new forum, link not yet published), I noticed that members created by me for testing, even though off-line/turn off forum, they appear as being ONLINE!

Another detail is that there are many visitors at the forum which is linked off and not divulged, since I just installed the forum.

Even members BANNED are appearing as online, and was not to be on the list!

Please how to solve the problems of online users who remains "locked"?
