Is there any way to protect or any mod to do this?

What I need is a blocking system for double / multiple login for 1 account from different IP.

This will prevent any password stealing for login.

So if there is a member login (ex: member1) than someone from different place have steal his password login as member1, then member1 account is blocked immediately, and an email was mailed to the admin.
