after installing for 1 day , the next day I see only the word 'Loading' in the SB and then my site down for a blank page , when I disable the chat it works ...I know reinstall will help but this is the 2nd time it happened and I want to know why? any tips I badly need it..

I have also v2BShout but I am disabling it .... I guess the matter relating to some options which I edited but can''t recognize what is it
