Thanks for trying to help, just let me ask you where do you start private chat?
You click on and from drop down menus you choose "pm" option?
I just cant get that icon

All in all can this be in some way related to change of "Chatbox filename" as mine is changed and also several other things are not working properly(minor things)?

Did you select the usergroups that are allowed to use PMs?

Under Manage Commands > Edit command permissions

Also, you use it by either using that drop down arrow or using the /pm syntax.
