In addition to the Google Adsense banner in my header, I also have an Amazon banner (that I added to the template manually) to appear under the Adsense banner. However, when the forum loads, it doesn't load immediately like the Adsense banner, but rather takes a moment to make its space and appear. How would I make it where an Amazon banner (and a donation banner, which I plan to add) load with the header like the Adsense banner does?
