I want to configure the registration and mail so that it works like this.
New register
I get email
I send notice to new register that he needs to reply one more time answering question
I get reply and if satisfied I send approval and activation

I know this is simple but I have not quite figured out the best method.

If anyone has idea or set of instruction that would work, thanks
