New to VB... running version 4

Is there a simple step by step publication that tells a non programmer how to setup the subscription feature within VB, and the settings within PayPal. I have a premier account.

I have established the subscribed users groups, setup the subscription, and tested with communication with success. However, I receive the following error when attempting to subscribe.

Invalid Regular period. You must specify valid values for the A3, P3, and T3 parameters for a subscription.
