There is no way to do this in default vbulletin. You would have to write your own page that does this. There is an article in the vb4 articles forum on how to create your own page. Just start with that and add in the query you want and spit out the results. You could probably use a lot of the same templates and even copy the same query/code from the forumdisplay page, just change the WHERE part.
