I reported yesterday that the padding was way out on my site. I have several themes all customised so I tested it on my default theme and had the same result.
Not getting an answer from the developer I set up a test site and tried to alter the css but got nowhere. Finally I disabled VBadvanced 4.0.0 (latest version) and the chatbox footer padding acted as it should.

Hum very very strange, I don't see why such a big gaps appear. There is only a single br below the chatbox.

May you post the equivalent source code part of your page so that I can maybe point out what is going wrong ?

And why the fact that 2 days have passed should be a problem ? May I make you remember that we are not working for you and do this during our free time ?

Anyway are you sure you changed the pass correctly and enabled the option because that modification should do it. Check also wether the sound is present or not in mgc_cb_evo/clientscript.

If it still doesn't work then I'll have to look into it but that will only be in the next version.
