Well, I wasn't here to discuss MSN's policy either, my point was they will do whatever they want without letting their users know, but they did state in their agreement.

So just put additional line (if you already had

) or a new page saying that you reserve the right to view user's PM WITHOUT letting them know IF you need to do so in order to protect your site. It's just that simple. Thanks to Bira for warning us.
