It's on the todo list already. Should be fixed in the next release

That won't be possible I guess as that's not the exspected behaviour for most users (that would be against the moderation queue principle). But you can of course turn moderation off at the usergroup permissions, so every file is automatically accepted.

Nice, but I'm not planning to add an audio or video player to the package. I guess a media library is something different than a downloads section. And there are many players, so it would be difficult to make a choice.
