I'm not sure what you mean by Achievement Levels, could you clarify please?

If you mean the "Level" you see in postbit (Activity Level) then it's just a measurement of how many activity points your members have accumulated over time.

If you mean different "tiers" of Achievements, then it means that you can create an Achievement that your members gain when they have reached, for instance; 1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500 and 1000 posts.
The corresponding Criteria will be Posts >= 1, Posts >= 5, [...] Posts >= 1000.

If neither is what you meant, then I'll need more information before I can answer your question
