Usually happens if you're calling the chatbox twice, although I don't know exactly how you have things set up. I had some conflicts with other addons, and ended up just tossing the widget and using the 'under navbar' pre-set in options. That placement looks pretty good in my vba page, so I left it that way. Good enough until either Valter fixes the functionality or a competing product implements it better.
