I've tried searching vbulletin.org for the answer, and I even remember that there was a mod once posted to fix this issue, but now that I need the answer and/or mod I can't find it so...

...How do I make the logo (on the upper left corner of every vbulletin page) bring the user, if they click on it instead of clicking the "Home" tab, to the CMS content page instead of the forum display? Any pointers appreciated! I am 4.0.3 patch level 1. Thanks!
