Moderator Monitoring Incoming Traffic

Hi,

For those of you using a moderator on your forums, do you have somone monitoring all the incoming traffic before the incoming forum, blogs or attachments get displayed on your website forums? What is the best way to handle this from your experiences? Can you setup the forums to prevent bad language or things like that?
