Don't think I've added any conflicting mods since getting the media player working, I've now done an upgrade to 4.9 but still no difference

When I try and import the new product, I get a page of crap...the first line or so is:

It's a shame, cos it was a nice mod too. Just seems horribly, horribly unreliable
