Thanks anyway, really appreciate your efforts...
I guess I'll wait until the author gets back here and has a look to see if he can offer a solution. I know the "Thanks" mod and others that use the this bottom area of postbit blend right into our style without a problem, adapting to it's color scheme transparently. I think it has something to do with the coding, but now, like you, it's way above my pay grade.
I've been wondering if there's something I can add to this code to handle using the current style coloring.
Code:
<!--AustraliaBound.org ip tracer-->
<vb:if condition="can_moderate()">
<a href="http://www.infosniper.net/index.php?ip_address={vb:raw post.ip}&map_source=1&two_maps=1&overview_map=1&lang=1&map_type=1&zoom_level=7" target="_blank" />
<img class="inline" src="{vb:stylevar imgdir_button}/info.png" alt="Lookup this {vb:rawphrase ip}" title="Lookup this {vb:rawphrase ip}: {vb:raw post.ip}" />
</a>
</vb:if>
<!--end AustraliaBound.org ip tracer-->
Here's the "post_thanks" code where they do it, so I wonder if there's something in here that could be done to the IP template, since I see the word "transparent".
Code:
<script type="text/javascript" src="clientscript/post_thanks.js"></script>
<style type="text/css">
.postbitlegacy .postfoot .textcontrols a.post_thanks_button, .postbit .postfoot .textcontrols a.post_thanks_button{
background: url({vb:stylevar imgdir_button}/post_thanks.png) no-repeat transparent {vb:stylevar left};
padding-{vb:stylevar left}: 20px
}
.postbitlegacy .postfoot .textcontrols a.post_thanks_button:hover, .postbit .postfoot .textcontrols a.post_thanks_button:hover{
background: url({vb:stylevar imgdir_button}/post_thanks-hover.png) no-repeat transparent {vb:stylevar left} }
</style>
Perhaps I'll see if I can find and pay a code developer to have a look and see what he can do, as I'd really like to use this mod on our site. :up:
