I think I know what the problem is, you need to use the ID of the groups instead of the group name. So go into UserGroups > Usergroup Manager and look what ID each group has. It'll give you the ID # of the group to the far right in the dropdown. In most cases Registered Users is ID group 2.

So in the box for affected groups you'd put 2. If you want more groups you do 2,#,#,# and so on.
