The items in Italics were transferred from the incorrect thread post to this one. I have also put my Updates to each item here.
I do have a two-fold final question for now (since I don't think there is an easy/no-cost fix to my notices not displaying issue)... Will user avatars ever be available?

Update from Alisa: I found that and also found that it is not working due to a custom mod I have installed that I cannot give up.
So, we will have to live without the notices in the Shoutbox.[/S] RESOLVED.

To do that, you'd need to customise the HTML of the shoutbox quite a lot.
As such, it's nothing we can help with unless you actually hire us to do so
