Today I made a basic set up of PT as a customer support tool.

I think this looks very promising!
Some comments and suggestions to those of you capable of developing this.
- It would be nice to be able to add vB announcements and / or notices above the project listing, "Closed for vaccations :up:" or "To post, you need to log in to the forum as a member".
- Add a simple BB or HTML text at top bottom (Project Tool Options) "This section is....."
- It would be nice to be able to replace the "Project" word globally. In my case it would be something like "Customer Support"
- In a longer term; promoting questions and replies into something like an FAQ

- Even longer term; have users read the relevant FAQ sections before posting (present a list with other posted projects/FAQ articles with the same tags, before they finally post?)
- I can not see the project Description content being displayed anywhere, only the shorter Summary?
Anyway I'm glad this tool is around and I hope the community will develop it now that it is no longer a vB core product?
PS: Am I really posting this in the right place?
