Go to your Admin CP-->Styles & Templates-->Style Manager in the selected style hit the drop down menu and selct Style vars.

In the sidebar on the left scroll down untill you find a catergory called Links, within that catergory you should see link_color, this will change the colour of the majority of your links across the forum. Now you may also want to change your hoverlink_color aswell, depending on the theme you are using on your forum.
