Hi. I have a copy of VBLite. At this point, my site is small & I really can't afford to spend any money on the full version. There are a ton of free alternatives out there, but I heard good things about VB & wanted to give it a shot. So far it meets my needs & if I ever get to the point where I can afford a license, I *will* buy one.

Anyway, I've noticed that all of the hacks here (that are attachments) can only be downloaded by people who own VB. While I understand why that's done, it kinda sucks to not be able to do a few nice things with it in the meantime.

What I'd like to do is put a simple table on the main page of my site that shows the most recent / most active threads on the board. I've found the hack here, but obviously I can't download it. Now, I realize that VBLite is somewhat limited, but you can't tell me that this sort of thing couldn't be done with that version. All it would require is the right SQL query & a few lines of PHP code. Unfortunately, I'm no code guru. Small PHP apps I can pretty well figure out. There's just too much behind VB for me to figure out.

What I'd like to know is whether there is some way to download these hacks here, or some other place to get them. If I can improve traffic on my boards (which doing what I'd like to do would do), I'd probably be able to buy a license a lot sooner.
