If you enable AJAX functions on your forum, then it wont need to refresh at all. You can tell when the video is marked as a favorite, because the colors of the heart reverse...

Not favorite: heart = grey; hover = red
Favorite: heart = red; hover = grey

Re-uploading the xml file ..helped this time !! Fav are working now !!
