How do i set this permission in Moderators Usergroup :
Public Group Settings
- Public (Joinable) Custom Usergroups

I cannot find it in that UserGroup, whereas this is available in all custom created UserGroups.

One of my moderator is a VIP member and using VIP usergroup. Now he wants to change it to moderator but that option is missing, so i need this option to be added.
