vb.org Archive - View Single Post - How do I change the Banned IP message?

I ban over 25 full ranges and approx 30-40 partial ranges. I would like to change the "Sorry. The administrator has banned your IP address. To contact the administrator click here" message to something a bit more descriptive. Such as what ips are banned and WHY. Once they read this they can then contact me if they feel they are wrongfully banned as i'm sure some users will be banned even if they are OK by my book.
