I went to the link you specified, entered user and pass supplied with my livense, and added the username Venti into one of the boxes to gain access. Hope thats what you meant.

In light of security I'm assuming that you don't mean to post the original username/customer number here?.....or do you?

If further verification of some sort is needed, Im happy to supply it, just trying to step carefully around security holes, hoep you understand.
