The PHP timeout is already set to 0 by the downloads.php script, so that's ok too.

no no, its not UPloading thats having the issue, its the DOWNloading portion. Like when a user goes to download a file using the button link, it will only download a portion of the file. It ranges but usually around 10MB, then the user will have to click the link again and usually it works to download the file the second time around.
My stats log will show like 2-3 downloads of the same file per IP address almost every time.
I used to have a previous php download manager (Olate Download) that has been working for years without any issues like this, so I don't think its anything with my php settings...
Edit: oops I didn't read close enough. I thought you had confused the Up with Down.
I've had users upload with no problems, although I did have one user report a timeout. I've had 3 or 4 other users upload several other files without reporting anthing to me though. I'll ask for some further information. Myself I used the Import feature for most of my files, then I uploaded one from my system directly to test out the uploading feature.
