A few suggestions and issues.

Default to ON for admins when installing.

The default canned reply is blank in the dropdown. Should probably list something there like "-- Select --" or something, just so it's not blank.

When inserting a new reply, there's a leading carriage return even though there isn't one in the canned reply.

Categories. I'd like to be able to visually group things a little better as I'll end up having probably about 30 replies or so and I think around 5 different categories at this point.

Add this to the quick reply. The idea behind a canned reply (for me anyway) is that I need to do something quickly. Having to go to the advanced editor to do this somewhat defeats the ease of use.
