I've always used separate plugins for each one but don't think there's any reason why you can't put it in the same one.

Just put the code you have in the plugin and save it making sure it's active by selecting the 'Yes' radio button. When you want to call it in your script just use {vb:raw includedphp} or {vb:raw otherphp} depending on which one you want to include.
