So, first off let me say that I am not exactly sure if this has been released yet or not, thats what I'm wondering. However, I do know it exists, as not only have I seen it impleneted on certain forums but also I have read it on this forum itself.

That was posted in 2003, a little over 7 years ago, so I'm wondering if its been released since then.

Basically, what I want is to be able to give someone access to AdminCP to the extent where they can add/remove/edit sub-sections, but only in a certain section of the forum.

If anyone has seen this posted I would appreciate if you can give me a link, as endeless searching turned up nothing since there is such a vast amount of posts and its hard to come up with the correct keywords. Also, if someone has it and will be so generous as to share or maybe sell it, I will be interested in talking to them.
