vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Moderated Post/Thread Not Showing at Times

We are having some issues with moderated threads and/or posts not showing when we click on New Posts. At times we dont see any. We sometimes have to go to ACP to see them. Sometimes they dont show there and when we go through usercp we see them through the moderated que there. Now we have another issue on top of missing moderated posts/threads. We can now see newly submitted Moderated threads when we click new posts but we dont see newly submitted posts, when we click new posts, that are waiting to be moderated. Any suggestion or recommendations?
