And yes, you're right...I've decided to do this with conditionals. If the user is a guest and if the template is a certain ID I'll have the ads show. I've done this in the past for certain things a long time ago however I don't recall what the codes are, thanks for suggesting the template conditional article. I'll go look it up.

The reason I asked is because this is the Modification Requests/Questions (Unpaid) forum and your question didn''t quite fit in here. Also if you checked the add on section for a mod and you didn''t find it, then the chances are that that mod doesn''t exist. And that has nothing to do with unhelpfulness or whatever. You can''t expect other users to do the work for you all the time. Like creating mods, or searching if this mod or that mod exists etc etc. You must try to help yourself first and then we can help you. It saves a lot of time to everyone . Look, I am not looking for an argument here or anything like that. It was a fiendly suggetion, that is all
Anyway, personally I am not familiar with the templating system of a vb 3.8 forum, but check out that part Lynne mentioned above and hopefully you will be able to achive what you want. Good luck.
