I can now - it seems that at least one of the files was in need of moderation - once I "approved" it everybody could download it.

Now this is strange because I've never required approval for uploads by Members.

So I guess that leaves me with 2 questions.

1. What would cause a file to need moderating and how do I manage that?
2. Can I be notified if/when a file needs approval (assuming I can't figure out why) because otherwise it'll mean having to spend time every day checking the new uploads which I really don't want to do.

Any help much appreciated.
