As was mentioned, erase the content of the Validation Regex in the definition for YouTube, then reedit the post.

Likely the problem you were having was you had two Worldstar Hip Hop definitions and needed to delete one.

I've had a number of you mention this problem lately, and I'm noticing a reoccurring similarity. You all have a modification that hides links from Guest viewing. Try disabling this to see if it corrects your problem.
