does wiki need to share the same db as the vB one?

All edits are done. 
Recieve 500 Error when modified LocalSettings.php.
Using PHP 5.2.11 and MySQL 5.0.87-community-log

Do I have to run 1.14.0?
Do I have to move wiki to my forum folder?
