Before moving you didn't edit your forum's "Cookies and HTTP Header Options" at vbulletin options on your AdminCP.

You can fix this problem by following the next steps:

1) Go to vbulletin.com and download your vb original files.
2) You will only need to extract 2 things and delete 1:

- Extract the folder named "install" and place it in your forum root directory.
- Extract the file named "tools.php" which is inside the folder do_not_upload and place it inside the "install" folder
- Delete the "install.php" file from your install folder.

3) Now go to http://yourforum.com/install/tools.php and

a) Click the option [Reset Cookie Domain]
b) Click the option [Reset Cookie Path]

4) Delete the install folder you extracted.

This should fix your problem.
